looking for a House Manager for our beautiful 125-year-old Opera House.
This is a 20-hour-per-week, part-time position with lots of flexibility (some evenings/weekends needed). The House Manager works with many of the Mid Coast’s most talented and creative people. We are looking for the next person to continue to build on making the Rockport Opera House a versatile, friendly venue adding to the vitality of Rockport and the entire Mid Coast area.

The Town of Rockport seeks a qualified applicant to assume the position of Video Technician at the Rockport Opera House. This is a state-of-the-art eight
source HD switched video environment.
Video Technicians are responsible for the video and audio recording of town meetings as needed, including: setting up the meeting room for town meetings and operation of recording equipment, installation of microphones, remote adjustment of three video cameras, a four-camera switchboard, adjustment to audio gain as needed, set up and tear down of equipment and working cooperatively with the Opera House Manager and other Town Department Heads. The town is willing to train an applicant who can prove a strong knowledge of media basics and an attitude conducive to learning.
The Video Technician is part-time with a starting pay of $16.82 per hour. Some nights and weekend work may be required.
